Three-ingredient butter cookies



- Puff pastry: Package (rectangular)
Butter: 4 tablespoons (melted)
Sugar: 1 cup (white)

How to prepare

1. Spread the puff pastry on a floured surface, using broth or a stick.
2. Brush the face of the dough with the melted butter.
3. Sprinkle sugar on top of the dough in a generous amount, then spread the dough with a rolling pin again.
4. Turn the dough and brush with butter, then sugar, and re-extend it with a rolling pin so that the dough is covered on both sides with sugar.
5. Roll the dough in the form of a roll to the middle, then roll it on the other side with a roll so that the rollin meets the center of the dough.
6. Cover and leave the dough in the tray for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
7. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, cut it into medium slices with a knife, and place it on a tray lined with parchment paper.
8. Leave the dough in the tray for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
9. Heat the oven at 220 degrees, then put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes, until the sugar caramelizes and the dough becomes golden in color and serve hot or warm as desired.
