Spinach smoothie with pineapple



Almond milk: 12 cup (unsweetened and cold)

Milk: 1/3 cup (skimmed and cold)

Spinach: 1 cup

Banana: 1 piece (medium size)

Pineapple: 12 cup

How to prepare

Add almond milk, yogurt, spinach leaves, banana and pineapple in a blender.

Mix all ingredients until combined.

Pour the drink into a serving cup and serve immediately
