Salty thyme cake



White flour: 2 cups

Eggs: 4 pieces

Vegetable oil: 12 cup

Vinegar: 1 teaspoon

Baking powder: 2 tbsp

Green thyme: a cup (fresh, washed or dried, soaked and squeezed)

Mint: 1/4 cup (green and fresh / chopped)

White cheese: 1 cup (salty, diced)

Black olives: 12 cup (chopped)

Milk: a can (curd)

How to prepare

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then add the vinegar and oil to it and continue to beat with a spoon or fork.

Add olives, cheese, and thyme to the mixture and stir them all with a spoon.

Sift the flour and baking powder, then add them to the mixture, then put the milk on top as well and mix again.

Pour the mixture into a cake that is suitable for the cake, you can choose the mold you want, and you can use cupcake molds instead of the regular mold, but if you choose the mold, you must spread it with oil or butter, and then you should sprinkle it with a little flour.

In the last step before baking, brush the surface of the dough with egg yolks and leave it to rest for a quarter of an hour before entering the oven. Leave it on a medium heat in the oven until the dough swells and is cooked and becomes golden in color.
