Pasta with vegetables diet



Pasta: 400 grams (healthy brown)

Zucchini: 2 pieces (medium, sliced)

Onions: 1 piece (small size)

Red pepper: 1 piece (sliced)

Eggplant: 1/2 piece (small / sliced)

Mint: 1 tablespoon (chopped)

Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Salt: pinch

Black Pepper: Pinch (ground)

How to prepare

In a large tray, place all kinds of vegetables with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

Leave it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

In a bowl, boil the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

In a serving dish, add grilled vegetables and pasta, then fresh mint and a pinch of fresh black pepper, and serve hot.
