Oats with nuts and honey diet



Oats: 8 cups

Wheat: 1 1/2 cups (germ)

Sunflower seeds: 1 cup

Almonds: 1 cup (crushed)

Walnuts: 1 cup (crushed walnuts)

Salt: 1 /2 teaspoon

Brown sugar: 12 cup

Honey: 1 cup

Vegetable oil: 1 cup

Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon (ground)

Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon

Red berries: 2 cups (dried)

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Put foil paper in 2 trays that can be used in the oven.

In a large bowl, put oats, wheat germ and sunflower seeds.

Add almonds and walnuts to the oat mixture and stir.

In a saucepan over medium heat, put sugar, salt, honey, oil, cinnamon, vanilla and stir, then leave the mixture until it melts and boils.

Put the sugar and honey mixture on the oat mixture and stir well, then divide the mixture on the trays and spread well.

Put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes, turn it over once, then let it cool down completely.

Garnish the oats with dried red berries and serve as a delicious breakfast.
