Mango ice cream for vegetarians



To decorate:

Mango: half a grain (cut into small pieces)

Mango: 4 grains (ripe / cut into small pieces)

Honey: half a cup

Water: half a cup

How to prepare

Spread the mango pieces on a tray lined with two layers of baking paper, then cover the tray with aluminum foil, and keep it in the freezer overnight.

Add the ice vanilla to the bowl of the electric mixer, along with the water and honey. Mix the ingredients at a fast speed, until a smooth mixture is formed.

Ice the mixture in the freezer for an hour, then serve it topping with chopped mango.
