Madeline Cake



Butter: 3 tablespoons (soft)

Powdered sugar: a quarter cup

Eggs: 2 tablets

Vanilla: 1 teaspoon

Honey: 1 tablespoon

Orange zest: 1 tablespoon

Flour: 1 cup

Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

How to prepare

In a bowl, beat the butter and powdered sugar until combined.

Add eggs one at a time, and vanilla and mix well until combined.

Add honey and orange zest and mix.

Add flour, baking powder, and whisk.

Grease the hollow madeleine mold with butter.

We fill each cavity of the mold with a madeleine mixture.

Bake the madeleine for 12 minutes at 180 degrees.
