Lemon juice with lavender



Water: 1 cup (boiled)

Lavender blossoms: 4 tablespoons (dry)

Caster sugar: one third of a cup

Cinnamon: a stick

Lemon juice: 12 cup (fresh)

Cold water: 2 cups

How to prepare

Pour boiling water over the dried lavender flowers, and leave the two ingredients aside for a quarter of an hour. Drain the lavender flowers from the water. Sugar is added to the last, and cinnamon stick. Boil the water flavored with lavender again, on high heat, until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove the water from the stove, and set aside, until it cools.

Pour cold water over flavored and cooled boiled water, then lemon juice.

When serving, you can add more water and sugar.
