Lasagna roll with spinach and cheese



Filling ingredients:

Spinach: 200 g (frozen)

Garlic: two cloves (crushed)

Oil: 2 tbsp

Ricotta cheese: 100 grams (crumbled)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon

Ingredients of red sauce:

Onion: 1 piece (finely chopped)

Tomatoes: 4 grains (mashed)

Tomato sauce: 2 tbsp

Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon

Oil: 2 tbsp

Lasagna: 1 package

Mozzarella cheese: a quarter of a kilo

How to prepare

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Saute the garlic in the oil until it wilts, then put the spinach on it and keep stirring from time to time until the ingredients wilt.

Flavor spinach with black pepper and salt, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Add the cheese and turn it over until it overlaps with the rest of the ingredients.

Boil the pasta pieces in salted and boiling water for 3 minutes.

We take an appropriate amount of the filling mixture and place it on a slice of boiled pasta, then roll it in the form of a roll.

Put the rolls in the oven tray, then repeat the process with the rest of the pasta slices.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions while they change color.

Add tomato sauce and stir with onions.

Dissolve the tomato sauce in a small amount of water, then add it to the bowl, and flavor the ingredients with black pepper and salt.

Bring the mixture to a boil and the sauce thickens, then pour it over the pasta rolls in the oven tray.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

Put the pasta rolls tray in the oven for 25 minutes, then take it out.
