Keto Diet Cake



Butter: 2 tbsp

Almond flour: 1/4 cup

Cocoa powder: 2 tbsp

Eggs: 1 piece (large / scrambled)

Chocolate chips: 2 tablespoons (especially for the keto diet)

Sugar substitute: 1 teaspoon

Baking powder: Half a teaspoon

Salt: pinch kosher

Cream: 1/4 cup (whipped / to serve)

How to prepare

Place the butter in a microwaveable mug and heat for 30 seconds until it melts.

Add the remaining ingredients except for the whipped cream and stir until completely incorporated.

Microwave the mug again for 45 seconds - 1 minute, or until the cake becomes firm, keeping in mind that it is removed from the consistency of the fudge.

Garnish the face with whipped cream before serving.
