Keto cheeseburger



Beef: 500 grams (without fat / finely chopped)

Salt: half a teaspoon

Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon

Oregano: 1/4 teaspoon (dried)

Cheddar cheese: 4 slices

Tomato: 1 piece (chopped slices)

Onions: 1 piece (small / finely chopped)

Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons

Ketchup: 2 tbsp

How to prepare

Mix ground meat, salt, pepper and oregano well until ingredients are homogeneous.

Form four balls of the mixture and spread them into medium thickness like a burger.

Heat a skillet over a medium heat and sauté the burger in the skillet for 5 minutes on both sides, until soft and brown.

Place the cheese slices on each grain and remove the pan from the heat.

Spread the burgers on plates and top them with onions and tomatoes, then mix mayonnaise and ketchup and serve, and you can add lettuce and serve hot.
