How to make lotus balls


Biscuit: 1 cup (lotus)

Milk powder: 1 cup

Semolina: 1 cup

Butter: 1 cup

Sweetened condensed milk: a box

How to prepare

In a frying pan over a medium heat, add the milk and semolina, and stir until golden.

Add the butter, coconut and biscuits, and stir the ingredients until they overlap.

Add the condensed milk and stir the ingredients until you get a firm dough.

Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly.

Form equal size balls from the dough, then place them on a serving plate.

Serve desserts along with coffee or tea.
