How to make apricot jam without sugar



Apricots: 2 cups (dry)

Honey: 1 cup

Lemon juice: half a tablespoon

Water: As needed

How to prepare

In a saucepan, heat the water to a boil.

Mix the water with the apricots and leave the mixture a little until the apricots soften, for 60-120 minutes.

Whisk together with honey and lemon in an electric mixer until smooth.

Transfer the jam to a dry, clean jar and leave it open until the jam has cooled completely, then close it and keep it in the fridge
