Easy lotus cheesecake



Biscuit: 30 pieces (lotus)

Butter: 100 grams (melted)

Cream cheese: 500 grams

Flour: 2 tbsp

Sugar: a tablespoon

Creamy: 125 grams (lemon / can be replaced with yogurt)

Eggs: 3 pieces

Butter: 2 cups (lotus butter)

How to prepare

Grind the lotus biscuit with a food processor until it becomes smooth.

Mix the biscuits with the melted butter, place the mixture in the cheesecake tray and put the tray in the refrigerator.

Whisk the cream cheese until smooth then add the sour cream, sugar and flour and mix.

Add lotus butter after microwaving it to cream and mix.

Add the eggs with the whisk and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.

Pour the mixture over the cheesecake base, and put the tray into the oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.

Open the oven and leave the cheesecake tray in the oven until it cools completely while it's open.

Put the tray in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Garnish with lotus biscuit and lotus butter, cut and serve cold.
