Donuts without eggs



Donut Dough Ingredients:

Flour: 2 cups

Baking powder: a quarter of a teaspoon

Vanilla: a small spoon

Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

Butter: 3 tablespoons (melted)

Sugar: 3 tablespoons

Yeast: two and a half tablespoons

Milk: half a cup (warm)

- Coverage amounts:

Sugar: half a cup

Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon (ground)

How to prepare

Mix warm milk with sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add the yeast, mix, cover and leave for 10 minutes until the yeast has run out.

Sift flour into a large bowl, add salt and baking powder, and mix.

Add the melted butter, vanilla, yeast mixture, milk and sugar and mix well until a sticky dough forms.

You can add water as needed.

Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth.

Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes until comfortable.

Knead the dough for two minutes, then cut it into balls.

Spread the dough on a floured surface and slice the donut.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, then fry the donuts in it until they are soft and golden.

Place the donuts on a plate on kitchen paper to get rid of the excess oil.

Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a plate and dip the fried donut in it and serve.
