Diet potato and chicken tray

 



Ingredients


Chicken thighs: 4 pieces

Salt: half a teaspoon

Lemon juice: 2 tablets (lemon)

Garlic: 2 cloves (crushed)

White pepper: half a teaspoon

Cinnamon: Pinch

Seven spices: Pinch

Potatoes: 2 tablets (chopped)

Carrots: 2 tablets (chopped)

Olive oil: 4 tablespoons


How to prepare


Rub the chicken thighs with a little salt and ground black pepper.


Put the chicken, potatoes and carrots in an oven tray.


Brush the chicken with olive oil.


Sprinkle the ingredients with salt, white pepper, cinnamon, and seven spices, then spread the mashed garlic and lemon juice as well.


Put the tray in the oven for 40 minutes.


Take out the tray, then cover with tin foil, and bake the chicken and vegetables together again for an additional 15 minutes.


Serve hot.
