Chocolate chia seeds pudding


Cocoa powder: a quarter cup

Honey: 3 tablespoons (can be replaced with 5 tablespoons of syrup)

Cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon (ground)

Vanilla: half a teaspoon

Almond milk: one and a half cups (can be replaced with regular milk)

Chia seeds: 12 cup (seeds)

How to prepare

Sift cocoa powder in a plate.

Add honey, cinnamon and vanilla and mix well.

Add milk and mix until smooth and homogeneous.

Add chia seeds and mix until ingredients are mixed.

Put the mixture in cups or small plates, cover and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

When serving, decorate with fruits as desired.
