Banana cream tart



Tart Dough Ingredients:

White flour: two and a half cups

Butter: 230 grams (cold, diced)

Sugar: a quarter cup

Filling Ingredients:

Caramel: to taste

Banana: as needed (cut circles mixed with lemon juice so that it does not turn black)

Creamy: to taste (whipped, chantilly)

Chocolate: to taste (grated / topping)

How to prepare

To prepare the tartar dough: In a food processor, put the flour and butter cubes and knead them.

When the mixture looks like crumbled bread, add sugar.

Mix the ingredients a little to get a paste.

Take the dough out of the food processor and spread it onto a tart tray.

Press the dough well until it covers the bottom and the edges so that they are even, and in this step you can use the bottom of a cup to smooth the base, and be careful not to make the bottom too thin or thick.

Put the tray in a preheated oven at 160 ° C until the dough is browned.

Take the tart out from the oven and leave it to cool well.

After the tart has cooled completely, put a caramel layer on it.

Enter the tart to the three until it freezes.

When the face of the tart is hard, spread the banana slices over it.

Decorate with Chantilly cream and grated chocolate to taste.
