Banana chocolate cake



Bananas: 2 pieces (ripe, large, mashed)

Caster sugar: 2 cups (granulated)

Flour: three quarters of a cup

Cocoa: three quarters of a cup (powder, plain, sifted)

Baking powder: A teaspoon and a half

Sodium bicarbonate: 1/2 teaspoon

Salt: half a teaspoon

Eggs: 2 tablets (at room temperature)

Lukewarm water: 1 cup

Milk: 12 cup (liquid)

Vegetable oil: 12 cup

Vanilla extract: 1 1/2 teaspoons

How to prepare

1- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, with the grid rack placed in the middle.

2- Coat a cake pan (13 x 9 inch) with oil and flour.

3- In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt with an iron hand mixer.

4- Leave the dry ingredients aside.

5- In another bowl, place eggs, banana, lukewarm water, milk, oil and vanilla extract.

6- Mix the ingredients well with a hand mixer or an electric mixer.

7- Pour this liquid mixture over the dry ingredients.

8- Mix well with a spatula or an electric mixer until the ingredients are mixed (you will notice that the mixture is light and liquid, not thick).

9- Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until the cake is done.
