Almond papaya smoothie for breast cancer prevention



Papaya: 2 tablets

Bananas: 2 pieces

Almond milk: 1 cup

Almonds: 3 pieces

Ice cubes: 8 pieces

Honey: 2 tablespoons

How to prepare

Remove the papaya seeds and cut them into small cubes.

Cut the fruit into small cubes, then add the almond milk.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the chunks of papaya, banana and honey.

Add some ice cubes to the electric mixer and blend well for 3 minutes.

Pour a papaya smoothie into serving cups, garnish the cup with almonds and banana slices.
