13 daily habits that we practice that hurt all of our bodies


 


One does, every day, certain things intentionally or unknowingly, but some of these daily things or activities that we routinely do may harm the body and can pose health risks.


According to studies, these daily activities may cause the body's immunity to weaken over a period of time, and may also affect the eating and sleeping routine.


Here are some things that harm the body.


1. Sleep: too much or too little sleep is associated with heart health, and too much sleep is associated with poor heart health in older women, according to a study by the American Heart Association.
