Orange cake



Eggs: 3 pieces
Vanilla: a tablespoon
Sugar: 1 cup
Oil: half a cup
Milk: 1 cup (liquid)
Orange juice: 1 piece
Orange zest: 1 piece
Baking powder: 2 tsp
Sodium bicarbonate: 1/4 teaspoon (with a drop of white vinegar)
Flour: 1 1/2 cups

How to prepare

With an electric beater, we beat the eggs, vanilla, sugar and vinegar to dissolve the sugar.

Add the yogurt, orange zest, oil and orange juice.

Sift the flour with the flours (baking powder and carbonate).

Add the liquids over the dryers and stir the beater in one direction to make the flour disappear.
