Green apple salad with watercress


 


Ingredients



For the sauce:


Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon


White vinegar: a teaspoon


Salt, to taste


Black pepper to taste


Green apple: 1 piece (sliced)

Watercress: 1 cup (chopped coarsely)

White cheese: piece (coarsely chopped)

Walnuts: 50 g (for garnishing)


How to prepare


In a serving dish, put the watercress leaves, then place the apple slices on top.


We put the white cheese cubes on top.


In a small dish, mix the sauce ingredients, then pour it over the top of the salad and serve directly so that the watercress does not wilt.
