1. Drink water, especially before meals.

2. Drink coffee ( preferable black)

3.Drink green Tea

Green tea also has many benefits one of  them  being weight loss

Through green tea contains small amounts of caffeine  It is loaded powerful antioxidants called catechine

4.cut  back on added sugar

Added sugar is one of the worst  ingredients in our modern diet..most  people consume way too much 

Studies show that sugar  and high fructose corn syrup consumption is strongly  associated with  increas risk of obesity

5. Eat for egg breakfast

Eating whole eggs can have  all sorts  up benefits including helping you loose weight.

Studies show that replacing a grain based breakfast with egg  can help you eat fewer calories for the next 36 hours as well as loose more weight and body fat.

6.use smaller plates

Using  smaller plates has been shown to help some people automatically eat fewer calories

7. Exercise portion control or count calories

Portion control _ simply eating  less or counting calories can be very useful  for obvious reason

8. Do aerobic exercise
