4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 large sweet onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic
Half a teaspoon of coarse salt
A quarter cup of flour
1 kg of tomatoes, canned, chopped
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of orange juice

How to prepare
Melt the butter in a large bowl over a medium heat, add the onion, garlic and teaspoon of salt, cook, stirring them most of the time, until the onions become
Softened, for about 8 minutes.
Add flour and cook, until the mixture appears dry, then remove from heat.
