The spicy scrub


In a large bowl, mix two tablespoons of coffee grounds, four tablespoons of olive oil or liquid coconut oil, six tablespoons of sugar or coarse salt, about twenty drops of orange essential oil, a teaspoon of cinnamon and finely chopped orange peels.


Once your ingredients are well mixed, use two large handfuls of your scrub to exfoliate the skin on your body in the shower or in the bath. Apply the product by rubbing gently in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly with hot water. The scrub can be stored in the fridge for a week.


The rose detox mask


Mix four tablespoons of cocoa powder, four tablespoons of green clay, 20 drops of rose essential oil and a teaspoon of aloe vera, yogurt, honey or water, as needed nutritional values ​​of your skin.
