Toast bread: 4 slices (brown)
Cream cheese: 1 tablespoon (low fat)
Smoked salmon: 2 slices
Cucumber: 1 piece (peeled and cut into rings)
Red Onion: 1 piece (small / sliced)
How to prepare
Place the bread slices on a flat, smooth surface, and grease the first slice with cheese.
Fold the salmon slice to match the size of the bread slices.
Place a piece of cucumber and a slice of onion on top of the second slice of bread, then place it on top of the salmon with the onion facing up.
Lay the last slice of bread as the last layer, secure the layers with a small wooden stick, and serve.
