- Spaghetti: package (boiled and filtered)
- Olive oil : 2 tbsp
- Olives: half a cup (kalamata without sowing)
- Onion: 1 grain (grated)
- Parmesan cheese: half a glass (grated)
- Tomato : can (chopped)
- Parsley: tablespoon (chopped)
- Salt: a quarter teaspoon
- Sugar : half a teaspoon
Method of preparation
Heat the oil in a wide pan, add the onion and salt and stir for 5 minutes until it wilts.
Add the chopped tomatoes and sugar and my heart, bring to boil.
Reduce the heat, cover the pan and leave for 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the parsley and olives and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Place the pasta in a serving dish, spread the sauce over it and the Parmesan cheese and serve.
