Spaghetti: 300 grams
Broccoli: 250 grams
Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
Onions: 1 piece
Garlic: 3 cloves
Red capsicum: half a piece (spicy)
Lemon: 1 piece (grated and juice)
Parsley: a handful (fresh, chopped)
Almonds: a handful (toasted)
How to prepare
Boil salted water in a large bowl, then add spaghetti and stir every now and then until it is done, then add broccoli in the last 3 minutes of boiling.
Filter the macaroni and broccoli, then mix with olive oil.
Meanwhile, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl and add the onions and stir for 6 minutes, then add the garlic and hot pepper and stir for 4 minutes.
Add broccoli and spaghetti to the onion, garlic, and capsicum, and stir well.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper, add peels and lemon juice, then add parsley and stir.
When serving, sprinkle with toasted almonds to taste
