Orange and hazelnut tart cake


 


Ingredients

For the base:


3 cups flour

180 grams room temperature butter

2 tbsp powdered sugar

Flux of 2 eggs

A pinch of salt

For chocolate solid:


3 packs

(80 grams each) dark chocolate

3 eggs

120 grams melted butter

2 tablespoons honey

120 grams powder

300 grams powder nuts

210 grams of cocoa

1 pack baking powder

2 tablespoons orange jam

Half cup small cube chopped orange peel

To decorate:


Orange confectionery


ITS MAKING

For the base of the TART, take all the ingredients into a large bowl and knead well. Place it in a medium-sized tart mold, pressing it with your hand to cover the edges. Make holes on the dough with a fork to prevent it from blistering. On the other hand, melt the chocolate benmari-style for the chocolate solid. Separate the egg whites and yolks.
