My experience with the herbal diet to lose weight in days


 

My experience with herbal diet for weight loss is unique. After following it correctly, I noticed that I not only regained my fitness, but that I feel a lot of satisfaction as well. After I finished my diet, I decided to give up foods that contain harmful fats and added sugar. She also made sure to drink a large amount of water and to exercise such as walking.



Dieting program



In order to lose weight by following the herbal diet program, I knew that it was important to apply its rules correctly. I prefer not to do this for more than one week to prevent suffering from any nutrient deficiencies.


Days 1 and 4




Breakfast. A cup of sugar-free herbal extract such as ginger or green tea, a cup of fresh orange juice, one boiled egg, a piece of brown or wheat bread, a small piece of low-fat cheese.

the Dinner. A cup of fresh grape juice, a medium-sized piece of roast beef, a plate of vegetable salad, a cup of flaxseed extract.




Days 2 and 5





Breakfast. A cup of herbal extract without sugar, half a grapefruit, half a cup of lemon juice with lukewarm water, a cup of sugar-free yogurt.


the lunch. A plate of low-fat soup, a medium-sized piece of grilled chicken, a cup of herbal yogurt, a salad plate.

the Dinner. A cup of apple juice, a medium-sized piece of grilled fish, a small plate of steamed rice, a small piece of brown bread, a cup of herbal tea without sugar.



the third day


Breakfast. A cup of herbal tea without sugar, a boiled egg, a medium-sized piece of wholegrain bread, an apple or a grapefruit.

the lunch. A plate of low-fat soup, a medium-sized piece of grilled meat without fat, a plate of salad, a small piece of brown bread, a cup of vegetable extract.

the Dinner. A cup of fruit juice, a piece of grilled chicken, a small piece of cheese, a piece of brown toast, a cup of herbal extract.




Slimming herbs





In order to lose weight after the expiration of the diet period, I also decided to rely on some herbal extracts and eat them as a snack in the intervals between meals or before bed.



Sage




Ingredients


A tablespoon of dried sage

A cup of boiling water

Way


1 Add sage to boiling water.

2 Put the mixture on the fire for 15 minutes.

3 A cup of extract can be drunk 30 minutes before bedtime.



Flax seed





It contains a high percentage of fiber that helps to feel full and promote digestion. That is why I recommend making her extract and drinking it 30 minutes before the main meal dates.




Ginger

1 Put the water on the fire and add the ginger to it.

2 Leave the mixture on a quiet fire for 5 minutes.
