Ingredients for Mandarin Pie Recipe


6 eggs


250 g granulated sugar


250 g of sifted flour


2 packets of baking powder


2 packs of vanilla


3-4 tangerines (preferably sweet)


1 handful of almonds


For the inner material


2 packs of whipped cream


1 tea glass of tangerine juice


400 g labneh cheese


How To Make Mandarin Cake?


For the filling, put all the ingredients in a bowl. Beat with the help of a mixer. Transfer it to the refrigerator and let it sit for half an hour to harden.


For the dough, beat the eggs and sugar until the foam becomes frothy. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix the material thoroughly by airing it from bottom to top with the help of a spatula. Add the vanilla last and mix again. Pour the mixture into a circular clamp mold lined with oily paper. Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 35 40 minutes.


Take the cooked sponge cake from the oven and cut it into 3 pieces after it cools down. Spread the cream between them, sprinkle the dice-cleaned tangerine pieces and net almonds. Complete the cake in three layers. Leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours, then slice it and serve.
