How to make Chinese chicken


 the ingredients


Vegetable oil - two tablespoons


Red bell pepper, sliced ​​- 2


Green bell pepper, cut into slices - 2


Carrots cut into cubes - 2


Chicken breast cut into cubes - 500 gr


Ingredients for preparing the sauce:


Soy sauce - a cup


Water - a cup


White vinegar - half a cup


Sesame oil - 3 tablespoons


Starch - two tablespoons


Ginger powder - a tablespoon


Ketchup - a large spoon


The method of work


1- In a large frying pan over a medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and fry the green and red bell peppers in it until the ingredients wilt.

2- Add the carrots and stir for about 3 minutes, then add the chicken. Leave the mixture over a medium heat until the chicken is soft, stirring occasionally.

3- To prepare the sauce: Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, white vinegar, sesame oil, ketchup, starch and ginger until you get a homogeneous mixture.

4- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken mixture in the pan and leave the mixture for an additional minute on the fire, stirring, until the ingredients overlap.

5- Serve hot on your plate.
