Materials for making


Half tea glass of olive oil


1 clove of garlic


1 shallot onion


2 tablespoons tomato paste


Half a glass of cream


1 teaspoon of paprika


Salt


Black pepper


2 cups of pasta


1 tablespoon of butter


Quarter cup grated parmesan

Finely chop the garlic and shallots.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic until soft.

Add the tomato paste and fry until it darkens slightly.

Add the cream and chili peppers and mix until it is well melted.

Add salt and pepper and remove the sauce from the heat.

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the warnings on the package.

Filter the pasta and separate half a tea glass of its water.

Throw the pasta in the sauce and add the boiled water and butter.

Mix it well so that the sauce adheres well to the pasta.

Add the parmesan and mix.

Garnish with grated Parmesan and chopped basil and serve. Enjoy your meal…
