  • ½ cup frozen strawberry(75 g)
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup ice(110 g)
  • ½ cup milk(120 mL), of your choice
  • ½ cup mixed greens(40 g), of your choice, optional
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest


  1. In a blender, combine the cranberry sauce, frozen strawberries, banana, ice, milk, greens, and orange zest. Blend until smooth.
