1 pack of small lavash (15 cm diameter)

1 tea glass of olive oil

1 teaspoon of thyme, black cumin, blue and white poppy

1 teaspoon each of chili pepper and garlic powder


Mix all ingredients except lavash into a deep bowl. Cut the lavash with a serrated dough roulette or knife, if available, so that 8 triangular pieces are removed from each lavash. Then place them in a row on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Apply the olive oil spice mixture on them with the help of a brush. Bake in a preheated oven at 140 degrees for 15 minutes until they turn pink. Serve after cooling.
