Banana Puff Pastry

MATERIALS


4 bananas


5 pieces of puff pastry dough


2 cups


5 teaspoons of milk


1 coffee cup flour


1 cup of granulated sugar


For the above:


Cocoa


FABRICATION


1 Cut the puff pastry in half and get 10 pieces of dough. Pierce them with a fork and bake in a preheated 170 degree oven until they turn pink.

2 Mix 2 glasses of milk, flour, granulated sugar and cook until it becomes a pudding and remove from the heat. Crush 2 bananas with a fork and add to the mixture. Brush 1 teaspoon of milk on 1 puff pastry. Spread 1 tablespoon of banana mixture and place 2-3 rings of banana slices. Put 1 puff pastry dough on it. Sprinkle with cocoa. Prepare the remaining ingredients in the same way. Serve cold.
