And in the month of Ramadan, especially during fasting hours, complaints about changing mouth odor increase as a result of abstaining from food for long hours, but we tried to come to you with a set of easy solutions to overcome these troubles in a safe and natural way.

First: Foods that have the effect of magic on your mouth and teeth:

1- Green tea:

Green tea contains substances that kill the mouth germs that turn sugar into black, which makes the mouth smell unpleasant, so drink during the breakfast period from two to five cups.

2- Kiwi

Kiwi fruit is the richest fruit in vitamin C, so one kiwi fruit contains what you need from this vitamin per day. The deficiency of which leads to the weakening and disintegration of the collagen layer in the gums, and exposes it to weakness, so that it is unable to perform its role and makes it more susceptible to germs.

3- Parsley and mint

Chewing a few parsley or mint leaves after eating a meal that contains strong flavoring elements helps to maintain a fresh breath. These leaves contain "monoterbines", a volatile substance that moves quickly from the blood vessels to the lungs, where its scent spreads through the breath.

If you can not chew parsley ... you can add parsley to different dishes, so it has the same effect, especially on soups, salads and grills.

4- Sesame seeds

Sesame seeds have a great ability to clean the teeth, chewing these seeds removes the plaque layer and helps build tooth enamel as well as its richness in calcium, which maintains the health of the bones around the teeth and gums.

5- Water:

Drinking water after fasting maintains gum moisture and is the best way to enhance saliva secretion, which is the strongest push for the body against germs that cause plaque and tooth decay.

Rinsing the mouth during ablution

Rinsing the mouth more than 15 times a day during ablution helps get rid of food remnants stuck in the mouth and between the teeth, which can dissolve and cause a changed smell in the mouth. Ideally, drink eight cups of water a day, as this keeps the gums and the entire body moist
